What is Twin Forks Rising CDC?
How We Came to Be.
Twin Forks Rising Community Development Corporation (“TFR CDC”) is the implementer of the long term vision of Councilwoman Deborah L. Delgado for Ward 2. After the completion of Phase I, II and III of Master Plan for redeveloping Twin Forks Rising (the “Master Plan”), it was adopted in October 2018 by the Council. The City of Hattiesburg showed its confidence in, and support for, the vision set forth in the Master Plan by providing the seed funding for the CDC.

2. Focused Projects.
TFR CDC is a competent and willing partner work alongside local developers to help remove blight and provide modernized living options at reasonable prices. We ensure that our partners align with our long terms goals towards self sufficiency.
